mid-week fellowship

On Wednesday evenings we meet at The Stable, Salisbury Road, to share a meal, worship the Lord and study the Bible.

 

Typically, about 10-12 of us gather on a Wednesday evening. At 6:30pm, we serve a ‘home-cooked’ meal prepared by a member of the church. Everyone is welcome, and there is no charge - though donations are welcome.

 

At 7.45pm, we worship the Lord in song. This is usually ‘unplugged’ worship led by one of our members, though occasionally we use recorded music.

 

From 8.15pm until 9.30pm we study the Bible together and discuss how to apply it to ourselves and our everyday lives. We use study materials which provide foundational teaching on our faith and offer space for reflection and understanding on topics ranging from forgiveness to spiritual warfare, ensuring a firm foundation for a life as a disciple of Jesus.
